At Light Flow, we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping processes, timelines, and costs for all footwear orders.

1. Shipping Destinations
 Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing and Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders have a processing and handling time of 1  business day (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Transit Time

  • Transit Time: Once your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, the standard transit time is 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Please note that processing and transit times do not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Rates

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders within the United States.

  • The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

5. Order Tracking
 Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your footwear on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally affect transit times.

  • Damaged or Lost: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue.
