Refund policy
At Light Flow, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your footwear purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below for clear instructions on how the process works.
1. Return Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your footwear must be in the exact condition that you received it:

Unworn and unused.

In its original packaging (including the original shoebox).

All tags must still be attached.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@lightflow.shop. You must include:

The reason for the return.

Photographs of the footwear (if you are reporting a defect or receiving an incorrect item).
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the footwear is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, Light Flow will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the condition of the footwear.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card) within 7 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
